Abigail Rosenbaum

Abigail Rosenbaum is a member of the Barings’ Real Estate Team, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. She is primarily responsible for assessing current and future economic trends with a primary focus on retail real estate fundamentals. Abigail has worked in the industry since 2002. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Abigail was a Senior Research Scientist at NORC at the University of Chicago. At NORC, she developed a web-based real estate forecasting tool based around her proprietary econometric models. She also used federal, state and non-governmental data to analyze the effectiveness of healthcare programs and highlight disparities in chronic diseases across the U.S. Before that, she worked at CBRE Econometric Advisors, where she managed all retail, e-commerce and hotel research and forecasting. She holds a Masters of Economics Degree from the University of Connecticut.
