Brendan Cappiello

Brendan Cappiello is a member of Barings Global Private Structured Finance Group responsible for transaction management and counterparty oversight. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, he was a Corporate and Finance Associate at Moore & Van Allen PLLC representing clients on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations and other corporate finance transactions. Before joining Moore & Van Allen, Brendan worked as a Finance Associate at Dechert LLP, advising clients on securitization transactions, including collateralized loan obligations, leveraged loan warehouse facilities and asset-backed securitizations. Brendan holds a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
