Justin Lott
Director, Private Equity/Real Assets
Justin Lott is a Director in the Private Equity & Real Assets group at Barings. He focus on all aspects of the Private Equity investment process including ideation, sourcing, diligence, deal execution, and portfolio company oversight. During his time at Barings, Justin has served on the boards of three portfolio companies. He joined Barings from BlackRock, where he spent seven years working in various portfolio management roles within their fixed income credit teams and three years with their portfolio analytics group. Justin graduated from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with a dual concentration in finance and management.
