Doug Terry

Doug Terry is a member of Barings’ Private Equity/Real Assets team and leads the team’s investment strategy in surface transportation. Doug joined the firm in 2006 and has worked in the industry since 2004, bringing over 18 years of experience. At the firm, Doug has been deeply involved in all of the team’s ground transportation investments and has led the substantial growth of the team’s equipment leasing company, Milestone Equipment Holdings. Doug currently sits on the board of Tiger Cool Express and Milestone. Doug previously sat on the boards of Milestone Chassis Company and Chassis Finder. Prior to joining the firm, Doug was a foreign exchange analyst and trader at Rayner & Stonington. Doug holds a B.S. in Information Technology with a concentration in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
