Barings Supports KKR's Acquisition of Techone

Barings, one of the world’s leading investment managers, announced its role as lead lender of secured credit facilities supporting KKR’s acquisition of Techone, a leading IT managed services provider in the Netherlands.

This financing also provided capacity to continue to support Techone's M&A ambitions as part of its strategic agenda, both in the Netherlands and abroad.

Techone enables SMEs to outsource all of their ICT needs to a single supplier through a monthly subscription. Combined with its nationwide office network and close customer proximity, this approach contributes to strong customer retention and long‑term relationships.
