Barings Supports H2 Equity Partners’ Acquisition of ARRI Rental Group

Barings, one of the world’s leading alternative investment managers, today announced its role as lender in support of H2 Equity Partners' acquisition of ARRI Rental Group.

ARRI Rental provides professional productions worldwide with camera, lighting, and grip packages, from standard solutions to exclusive technologies. The transaction will see the business separate from ARRI and operate as an independent company under the ownership of H2 Equity Partners and its management team.
