Since 1999, we have committed approximately $9.8 billion in first mortgage, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, revolver and credit facility investments. Development Mezzanine Loans:

Cash Flowing Mezzanine Loans:
- Loan size: $10 – $150 million
- Fixed or floating rate
- 3-5 year term
- Loan-to-value up to 85%
Bridge Loans
- Loan size: $10 – $250+ million
- Floating rate
- 3-5 year term
- Loan-to-value up to 85%
Construction Loans
- Loan size: $50 – $500+ million
- Floating rate
- 3-5 year term
- Loan-to-value up to 75%
