Barings Supports Insight Partners in their Recapitalization of CM Group

Barings, one of the world’s leading financial services firms, announced today that it has served as the lead agent and arranger on a senior secured credit facility to support Insight Partners’ recapitalization of CM Group, a global SaaS-based email marketing automation platform, and acquisition of Vuture. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Nashville, Tenn., CM Group comprises six branded email service providers (ESPs) that allow businesses to create, automate, send and track personalized email marketing campaigns. With a global customer base of over 70,000 companies, their clients come from a variety of sectors including professional services, retail and e-commerce, media and publishing, technology services and hospitality, and span from small businesses to large enterprises.
